The reception team is very friendly and the doctors are nice and competent. I have been visiting this institute for years and am always very satisfied. Despite forgetting the transfer, I was given the opportunity to organize it and the examination could still take place. Thank you for that! Regarding the comments regarding waiting times despite an appointment, I would like to say the following: the number of patients speaks for the quality that is offered here and the fact that there is individual treatment, if necessary, characterizes this institute very positively. That's why I deserve 5*

After 1 hour!!! Waiting time, despite an appointment, the answer to my question about how long it could take was that there were still 2 people ahead of them, so at least another 30 to 40 minutes.
I don't need an appointment for such poor planning. My claim of € 120 for not keeping the agreed appointment will be sent immediately to this institute.
This company definitely won't see me again. A report to the health insurance company is already on the way!
Despite the appointment being late in the evening, the waiting time was very manageable and the lady at reception was also very friendly. The examination was explained very well right before it was carried out, as it was completely new to me.
I can't understand some of the reviews here at all. I often have to deal with diagnostics at work and have often been a patient myself due to several different problems. I never had to wait long and all the employees were always friendly and competent. It should be clear to everyone that there can be waiting times, after all everyone wants their different needs to be taken into account and everyone should also know that there can often be unforeseeable events and emergencies. You should allow enough time for a doctor's appointment, regardless of type. Conversely, the patient wants the doctor to do the same.
I can only say one thing: great, the ladies at reception were really nice and friendly, and exactly the same thing during the examination...the doctor took the time to explain and discuss everything...can't understand how some people complain here... ...I'd love to come back...and the renovation was really successful
Everything was fine, hardly any waiting time, the ladies at registration and the assistant were very friendly, the doctor was also very nice and empathetic.
All in all very professional despite the high volume.
The staff, especially at the reception, seem to be under total pressure.
Copying 4 pages and sending them by email is an enormous effort for the staff and can only seem to be accomplished with great effort.
Probably due to the owners maximizing profits!
